International Orders: orders will be shipped by USPS International Priority service. If your order is processed by customs, STONEHOSS is not responsible for any taxes, import fees or customs duties.
Returns and Exchanges: Returns and exchanges will be accepted within 15 days of receipt of order. Fully custom merchandise will follow a different set of rules which will be discussed with the client upon inquiry. To receive a full refund the item must be returned in unused condition. Typically, refunds or exchanges will not be accepted if an item shows signs of wear in any way. Please provide a copy of your sales receipt and a note indicating whether you are seeking a refund or an exchange. Please return in original packaging as refunds cannot given if merchandise is damaged in return transit.
